Making Fitness Fun
I've always enjoyed working out but I lacked the discipline to stay consistent. After hating my existence for years, confused about my purpose and feeling rejected by everyone around me, I finally arrived to a point where I was tired with being miserable and decided to put me first; that's when I started to put in the work that eventually led me to a place where I could unapologetically embrace my journey to live life intentionally.
As as NASM certified trainer, my mission is to inspire, motivate, and encourage others seeking to live life to the fullest. It does require time and hard-work, but who said hard-work can't be fun!

Having Erica as a personal trainer means that you will be pushed and challenged. She's invested in helping you reach your goals (short and long) and she checks in throughout the week. I've had my share of trainers but Erica definitely goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are moving in the right direction.
Working out with Erica for the last year has been instrumental to my fitness journey. Not only have I have built strength and endurance I have been able to lose fat in stubborn areas that I was unsuccessful at losing before her. Erica makes working out as fun as it can be yet still challenging. I highly recommend Erica as a fitness coach.
